i’m a girl and i love sports!!! i know everything about them! i think some do and some dont. there are the girly girly girls that know only about the guys that play them and there are the girls like me that know everything! me i love baseball its so much fun to watch and play! i would love a show that caters to the female fan! PEACE!
I think the answer is both. Some women dont know much about sports and just attend events for the publicity while others have a true love for the game and have participated in a sport at some point in their life. My favorite is NFL football followed by NBA basketball then MLB Baseball. I played softball and basketball throughout highschool. I also golfed and was on a bowling league. I LOVE the game. So, I think it’s more does the PERSON know sports moreso than the girl versus guy thing.
Girls that follow sports know sports heck I wish some girls would signup at my message board Windy City Sports to prove they know it!!!
I am making sure that my daughters know sports – it’s good to be a “girlie-girl who knows boy things” as they say….
and both girls want to play ice hockey – smart girls….

It’s a mix really…I’ve met girls that know absolutely nothing, and girls that might even know more than me. I definitely gotta agree with one thing – you get an attractive lady who knows her stuff, it’s the total package.
