    cherny2004 I am 5 7 and I dunk all the time in official games. I m in my school’s varsity team and my dunking impresses everyone (the girls lol). It was seriously really simple, I just followed the nba workout over at 50inch vertical[dot]com – I m sure you can probably do it too

    #VIDEOPOSTERID# I’m just a 5’9 black dude and I can easily dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can do it, just follow the right training program. I followed the 1 over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any training workout is good if they work that is… lol
